The rooms were decent sized and functional, with good amenities. The location was good and absolutely perfect, in the centre of Lyon and the interior design was excellent.

We had brand-new, functional room with aircon, tea, as example. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating and responsive to what we asked for.

The room was impeccably clean and practical and the bathroom was clean, I enjoyed it. The location was magnificent, within short walking distance to Inseec Msc & Mba. Supermarkets and a convenience shop were right next door.

The breakfast is exceptionally nice with the yummy pastries, has everything you need.

The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous location so close to the airport, close to river and really nice cafes. The rooms are bright and perfect, and are complete with tea as well as aircon. As for me the food is outstanding, and they have a great selection of meals.

The rooms are clean with aircon, and the location is wonderful outside the tourist spots. The hotel offers a wide array of food that was outstanding.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. You get a spacious room with all the basic amenities you need for a short work trip. The location is also great, with easy walking distance to the main attractions in just 30-40 minutes. Plus, there are plenty of excellent eating options right outside the door.

Staff was nice. Price rather low for the city (with Booked.net reduction). Rather quiet. 10min walk to city center.

Elevator is so dirty that it does not give a good image. Also, as the rooms have small kitchens with no hood, it can sometimes smell food really bad.

Decent breakfast by French standards, good-sized rooms with kitchenettes, and a convenient location near the old town, university, and public transportation. Appreciated the helpful staff and the availability of metro tickets at the front desk.

Occasional Wi-Fi disconnections and a problem with the door lock in my room.

It was a great place to stay for some nights with enough equipement for cooking. There were some supermarkets nearby. Also, it was just about 15 minutes directly from the SNCF station by tramway.

We had a reservation for two people but there was just a pair of towels. At the beginning, the room was not so clearn.

All staff and personnel are friendly, efficient, professional, my room/kitchenette was clean, and comfortable. I would stay there again on a return trip to Lyon.

No complaints at all.

We had a great time here - the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient and our room had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a safe and ironing facilities.
